2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day period has expired.
- If the service or digital product has already been accessed, used, or delivered in full.
- If the purchase involved customization, consultation, or time-based services that have already commenced.
- Refund requests made for the sake of abuse or misuse of the system.
